Products purchased via OohGirl.com cannot be returned to our retail store locations.

Ooh Girl! products purchased from our retail store locations may not be returned to the Ooh Girl! website. Please refer to the back of your receipt for retail store return policy and instructions.

If you are not delighted with a product you purchased, you have up to 14 days from the shipment delivery date to return it. You are only responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. Click here for our return instructions.

For accepted returns, we will refund the cost of the product and any applicable taxes to the original form of payment.

Returns requests made more than 14 days after the shipment delivery date will not be accepted.

ACCEPTABLE RETURN CONDITIONS

RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, all products purchased on sale, are final sale and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event your product arrived damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact our customer support email within 48 hours of the delivery date to initiate the exchange process.

To expedite your exchange, please include the following in your message:
     - Photographs clearly showing the damage or discrepancy.
     - A screenshot of your order confirmation email.
     - Your return shipment tracking number (For return instructions click here).​

Upon receiving your message, we will promptly address your claim and begin processing your replacement. We are committed to your satisfaction and will therefore send a replacement at no cost once we receive the damaged or incorrect product. Please return the item via USPS Priority Mail to ensure a full refund of your return shipping fee.

​​If a replacement for a limited item or specific collection is not available, we will issue a full refund of the retail price. Our goal is to resolve any issues swiftly and to your complete satisfaction.​​​

​​RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please follow these simple steps to return an item to OohGirl.com:

​(1). Please complete the Return Product section on the back of the order packing slip included with your purchase and place it inside the package you are returning.

​​​​(2).Please make sure the outside of your return package clearly displays the following correct return address.​​​​

(​​​3). Take your return package to the nearest USPS location, pay the associated shipping fee*, and obtain a tracking number.

*We will refund shipping fees only for returns of damaged or incorrect products.

(4). Keep a copy of the order packing slip and return shipping tracking number for your records.

​​​​​

​(5). Please allow 2 to 5 business days, depending on your shipment method, to arrive at our location. We will process your return within 2 to 3 business days after receiving it. Depending on your financial institution, it could take 5 to 7 business days for credit to post to your account.
